Tillie’s Flower Shop’s Fundraising With Fresh Flowers Program

Our family has owned and operated Tillie’s for 133 years, and with that kind of experience in the floral business we can guarantee you a successful fundraising effort by providing the freshest, longest lasting flowers at wholesale prices. Everyone loves to both receive and give flowers, and that helps to make this kind of fundraiser both enjoyable and profitable for your organization.

Each fundraising program can be customized to meet the needs of your group. Tillie’s will work with your charity or organization and will provide you with all the information and marketing materials you need to make your fundraising effort a big success. Tillie’s supports fundraising projects throughout the year, even at the biggest flower giving holidays like Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day. Tillie’s Flower Shop is located in Wichita, Kansas and can support fundraising efforts throughout Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, the Dakotas, and Colorado. If you are not located in one of these states contact us to determine if we can support your organization.

Tillie’s will provide floral bouquets at wholesale prices to your organization to sell. We will customize the program to meet your organization needs. Typically your organization will earn about 30% of the sale price, or $6 on a $20 bouquet or $8 on a $25 bouquet. In addition, a portion of each purchase benefits the Kids Flower Foundation, a nonprofit organization that supports educational programs in Ecuador, Columbia, and other flower producing countries in South America. So your project will not only help your organization, but will also help needy children in South America. This kind of fund raising lets Tillie’s help our flower growing friends in Central America help the children of their country.

Through our partnership with the Kids Flower Foundation, Tillie’s can provide custom floral bouquets shipped directly from the South American flower farms, which guarantees that you will receive the freshest flowers possible. For example, last Valentine’s Day, the Kids Flower Foundation provided a dozen long stem (50 cm) roses for a total sale price of $25, which earned the fundraising organization $8 on each sale. That was a great value at the most demanding flower producing time of the year.

DONATIONS:

Each year Tillie's allocates a budget to support community activities through contributions. We will always try to do our part to make your organizations programs. However, requests have become so numerous that they exceed our financial capabilities. Therefore, we must put some structure to our donations to fairly distribute to as many organizations as possible. The purpose of this form is to aid us determining if we will be able to make a contribution at the time requested. We thank you for your cooperation and taking the time to fill this request out completely. If a donation is granted this authorizes Tillie’s Flower Shop to use the organizations name as a donation recipient in any of Tillie’s Flowers Shop advertising.
